CELLAR PROTOCOL & AUTHENTICITY

Order Verification &
Cellar Care Guide

How to verify the authenticity of your Stevenchuks bottles, resting recommendations after transit, and optimal cellar temperature guidelines for Nigeria’s climate.

How to Verify Your Bottles

Three distinct physical markers guaranteeing pristine chateau origin.

1. Holographic Tamper-Seal

Every bottle bears an authentic Stevenchuks micro-embossed holographic neck band confirming direct chateau or authorized importer provenance.

2. Lot & Vintage Serial Number

Cross-reference the batch registration number on your tax invoice with the bottle stamp on our live distributor register.

3. NAFDAC Registration Seals

All consumable wines, spirits, and food provisions strictly adhere to certified Nigerian regulatory standards.

CELLAR PROTOCOL

Optimal Cellar Storage in Nigeria

Store fine red wines between 14°C — 18°C away from direct sunlight and ambient vibrations. Let bottles rest for 24 hours after interstate transit before uncorking.

Sommelier Tip: Always let bottles rest horizontally for 24 hours post-delivery to allow sediment and ullage pressure to recalibrate.
PANTRY BOTANICALS

Artisanal Oils & Provisions Storage

Keep artisanal chili oils, yaji blends, and fruit cordials tightly capped in a cool, dry pantry. Re-stir spice sediment before each serving.

Cold-Pressed Oils & Yaji: Store away from stovetop heat to prevent oxidation of volatile capsicum botanicals.
