7-Day Unopened Returns Window
Unopened bottles in original condition with intact tamper-evident seals and labels are eligible for full exchange or store credit within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Transit Breakage & Corked Bottle Coverage
In the rare event of transit damage or a corked wine, notify our concierge within 24 hours with a photograph. We dispatch a complimentary replacement immediately with zero return courier fee.
How Return Collection Works

2. Complimentary Collection
Our courier retrieves the item directly from your address or you can drop it at any of our regional depots.
3. Immediate Replacement or Credit
Once received and inspected by our cellar master, your replacement bottle is dispatched or instant store credit issued.
