Under Nigerian federal law, the purchase and delivery of alcoholic wines and spirits is strictly restricted to individuals of 18 years of age or older. By placing an order containing alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our dispatch drivers reserve the right to request valid government photo identification upon physical handover.

All catalog prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to stock availability and vintage allocation. In the event of an inadvertent typographical pricing error or inventory stockout, we reserve the right to contact the client to offer an equivalent vintage or execute an immediate, unconditional full refund.

Ownership and risk of damage transfer to the customer upon verified delivery handover. We advise clients or their authorized representatives to inspect the exterior condition of all consignments before acknowledging the delivery manifest. Any damages or missing items must be documented within 24 hours of receipt.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
